Underwater surveys
In the period between 1993 and 1997, during additional campaigns, around 6,000 wooden piles were recorded at the bottom of the lake, representing the remains of the wooden structures of the prehistoric huts built on a platform above the water. 6,000 wooden pileswhich indicate the size and structure of the former pile-dwelling settlement. Divers expeditions
In the period between 2003 and 2004, diving expeditions were carried out on the bottom of the site, during which all the remaining areas of the settlement were surveyed and documented, and a rare movable archaeological material was discovered, along with the remains of a massive ceramic vessel – a pithos.
Complete redesigning of The
